Support for Remote Access

TeCS Staff members is providing remote support during the campus closure.
Canvas help for faculty and students: Click the ‘Help’ button in your Canvas course for the phone number to call. Live chat is also available. Support for both Faculty and Students is now available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Student account issues: A link is available at the top of the my.citruscollege.edu portal that will take students to a form to report issues. TeCS staff is monitoring submissions and will return calls during regular business hours. Students can also leave voice messages on the help desk telephone at (626) 857-4100. Staff monitor these voice messages and will respond during regular business hours.
Faculty and Staff issues: Staff and Faculty needing assistance can leave messages on the help desk telephone at (626) 857-4100. Staff monitor these voice messages and will respond during regular business hours. Employees can also complete an online TeCS Remote Support form, where you can provide contact information, explain the issue you are experiencing, and upload screen shots if desired. TeCS staff will respond during regular business hours.
