Students must have prior or current enrollment at Citrus College. If the student is not currently enrolled and has never attended Citrus College, the student must register for classes prior to submitting the form. Only college credit earned at a regionally accredited institution will be evaluated. Students transferring academic credit must send their official transcripts to the Citrus College Admissions and Records Office for evaluation. Transcripts can be sent to Citrus College electronically or via mail. The mailing address to send transcripts: Admissions and Records Citrus College 1000 W. Foothill Blvd. ​Glendora, CA 91741 Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved transcript evaluation service. Students should seek advice from a counselor prior to evaluating foreign transcripts.

Make sure you login to the My.CitrusCollege.edu portal first and, if you get the smartsheet login screen, you click on "Your Company Account".
